1.     Order will be dispatched only after receiving full payment.

2.    We offer free as well as paid shipping throughout the world. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.

3.    Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to be dispatched.

4. Any Custom order, Personalised order or made-to-order may take 2 to 10 days to dispatch. Please check with us for the time takes to dispatch for any custom order before placing the order.

5.    As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information. You can also check your order status after logging into your account

6.    The orders might not be delivered to PO boxes or military addresses, rural addresses or require one or more additional days to deliver.

7.    For shipments delivered, the customer’s state/country may charge CUSTOM / IMPORT Duty on top of the item's price. These charges are beyond our control paid by the buyer and can’t be reimbursed.

8.    Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.

9.    Cancellation requests are accepted only if the order is not dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
